Alignment Reset™ – 30-Day Clarity & Revenue Accelerator

By purchasing and enrolling in Alignment Reset™ – 30-Day Clarity & Revenue Accelerator (“Program”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Description

Alignment Reset™ is a 30-day virtual coaching accelerator that includes:

• Four (4) live group Zoom sessions

• Guided worksheets and structured exercises

• Community access for accountability (private group)

• Replays of live sessions

• A 30-day execution framework

This Program provides education, guidance, and structured coaching support. It does not guarantee financial results.

2. Payment Terms

The total investment for the Program is:

• $497 paid in full
  OR

• Two (2) payments of $250 (installment option)

By selecting a payment plan, Client agrees to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the Program and collection efforts for outstanding balances.

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and live nature of this Program, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is submitted.

Client understands that access to proprietary materials, live instruction, and structured guidance begins immediately upon enrollment, and therefore refunds are not offered.

By purchasing, Client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.

4. Results Disclaimer

Client understands:

• Results are not guaranteed.

• Revenue outcomes depend entirely on individual execution, effort, and application.

• The Program provides education and structured guidance only.

Alignment Reset™ does not promise specific financial income, business success, or revenue levels.

5. Personal Responsibility

Client acknowledges that participation in the Program requires:

• Personal effort

• Independent decision-making

• Implementation of strategies discussed

The Program provider is not responsible for business decisions made by Client during or after participation.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, recordings, worksheets, and content provided in Alignment Reset™ are the intellectual property of the Program creator.

Client may not:

• Share, reproduce, distribute, or resell materials

• Record sessions without permission

• Teach or replicate the framework publicly

Violation may result in removal from the Program and legal action.

7. Community Conduct

Client agrees to:

• Maintain respectful communication

• Protect confidentiality of other participants

• Not solicit other members for outside services without permission

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.

8. Confidentiality

While the Program encourages open discussion, confidentiality cannot be legally guaranteed in a group environment.

Participants agree not to share personal information disclosed within sessions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Program provider shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Business losses

• Emotional distress

• Financial decisions made by Client

Client agrees participation is voluntary and at their own discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

11. Agreement

By completing payment, Client confirms that they:

• Have read these Terms and Conditions

• Understand the no-refund policy

• Agree to all provisions
